2005 Tibra Awards: RESULTS!
Hello, freinds.
Every Tibra Awards round, we look forward to meeting more of our youth and learning about their thoughts, values, and dreams through their personal statements, essays, nomination letters, and reference letters.
For the fifth year, we are honored to present another group of Libyan Tibras! Every single one of them possesses qualities that are more precious than gold and more valuable to the future of the Libyan community.
We are also gratified that the Awards judges share our joy, and find the program worth the effort, as reflected in their comments. Their task is not an easy one, and we give them a big salute for a job well done.
Our thanks and gratitude go to the financial contributors. Because of you, the donated funds have exceeded expectation; hence, three scholarships are awarded this year with a total value of $2400! Thank you all for your trust.
Last but not least, hats off to everybody who lent a hand to this Awards’ round: the nominators, helpers, translators, and those who provided leads to potential participants. You make it happen!
