Tibra Update

Dear friends of Tibra:

We apologize for the long delay in updating you on the Tibra Awards program.

Last year, we did not receive the minimum number of applicants, and as announced in advance, the 2008 Awards program was canceled.

We also regret to announce that the 2009 program is suspended because of personal health issues and lack of other resources. With your support, we hope to resume the program in November, 2009.
