Hello Friends,

To continue our efforts of honoring exemplary women of the Libyan community, Tibra Foundation is honored to unveil its June Spotlight: Hamida Mohammed bin Amer.

Ms. bin Amer broke new ground for Libyan women with her female-oriented educational radio program, launched in Libya in 1954. As a role model to Libyan women, she has been an active member in the first women's association and has worked determinedly to promote women's causes.
