Rules and Regulations

1. Nominees must meet all the requirements to qualify for the Tibra Awards.

2. It is the responsibility of the nominee and nominator to put the nomination package together and submit it to Tibra Foundation.

3. Nomination packages must be completed and received by the specified deadline.

4. Incomplete packages are not qualified for consideration and will not be processed. Tibra is not responsible for following up with the nominee and the nominator to complete the nomination package.

5. The names of the Tibra Awards judges are made public only after the results are announced.

6. Judges must withdraw if they discover a conflict of interest, such as a direct relationship to one of the nominees.

7. Judges should keep their participation confidential and not share it with the public or the nominees until the announcement of the final results.

8. All judges' questions and queries related to the nominees or the selection process should be directed to Tibra Foundation.
