Tibra Judges

1. Judges are educators and professionals from the Libyan community

2. Judges volunteer their time and expertise to the Tibra Awards program

3. Five judges are chosen to participate in the selection process

4. Judges are required to provide Tibra Foundation with their biographical sketches
