Eligibility

Nominees must meet all of the following criteria:

1. Girls of Libyan descent.

2. In their final year of high school or equivalent.

3. A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0, 75% or equivalent.

4. Have demonstrated excellence in one or more of the following areas:

a) Academics
b) Leadership and community service
c) Arts, literature or athletics
